Visio: VI3 Server Configuration
Continuing on with the various templates I have created over the years, I have released my VI3 Server Configuration template. Although this template details the configuration of a VMware VI3 Server, it can be modified to use to document any server in your environment.

Can’t edit in the Configuration Information info like, hostname,os,etc.

sorry for the delay on this response. the part of the drawing that contains hostname, os, networking etc should have been an embedded excel file. the version uploaded at office.microsoft.com has the embedded file: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/TC102420491033.aspx?pid=CT101431051033
