Cisco to announce first 3rd party virtual switch for VMware ESX Server at VMworld 2007
I find this post very interesting. The entire concept of third-party virtual switches (i.e Cisco), their integration into the enterprise, and going from an un-managed solution to a managed solution (from a switch perspective) will make it easier for networking teams to understand and adopt.
